Extra Programs

Practice times for any of these extra programs will be determined based on the coaches' and the pool's availabilities. They are only offered to athletes who are registered in a competitive team.

Figure Privates - 

1 hour/week

Private (1:1) or semi-private (2:1) training sessions focus on improving figure techniques. These sessions offer individualized feedback to help athletes progress more quickly and confidently. Highly recommended for all athletes on competitive teams.

Solos and Duets - 

1 to 2 hours/week

These are additional routines for athletes who would like extra training and performance opportunities beyond their team routine. Solos and duets help develop presentation skills, choreography, and confidence.
