Lessons

A fun and supportive introduction to artistic swimming for ages 5 to 11. Athletes practice once a week, learning basic skills like sculling, eggbeater, and positions. Each session ends with a short routine performed at the Holiday show (Fall session) or Year-End show (Winter session).​ This program ends at the Holiday show (Fall session) or at the Year-End show (Winter session).

Fall Session: 10 training sessions. Start date: September 27th, 2025. End Date: December 13th, 2025.

Winter Session: 12 training sessions. Start date: January 17th, 2026. End Date: April 18th, 2026. (Additional information for this session is further down on this page.)

Pre-requisite: Must be able to swim independently (without assistance) in the deep end of the pool.

Lessons Registration

There are three payment options:
Important: Please note that payment must be received prior to the first lesson.
 
1. Send an eTransfer to beaconsfieldsynchro@gmail.com at the time of filling out the registration form, and make sure to write your athlete's name in the comment section. OR

2. Send an envelope containing your cheque made payable to "Beaconsfield Synchro", to 1974 City lane, Beaconsfield, QC, H9W 6B1. Make sure to include your child's name on the cheque (in the note section). OR

3. Bring a sealed envelope with cash to the first lesson, and make sure to write your child's name on the envelope. If paying by cash, please inform us by email at beaconsfieldsynchro@gmail.com so that our coaches will be expecting it.

Registration for the Winter session is presently OPEN and will close on January 15th, 2026.

More information about lessons for the Winter/Spring of 2026:

  • Lessons athletes must be available after the 1-2pm practice time for the show on April 18th (beginning at 5pm).

  • The Winter/Spring 2026 session begins on Saturday, January 17th and ends on Saturday April 18th, 2026. 

  • No lessons on February 21st or March 28th (coaches are away at competitions).

  • COST: $260 for 12 lessons. 

  • *NEW Affiliation Platform*: 

    • All athletes must be affiliated to NAQ/CAS in order to participate and for insurance purposes. Affiliations are valid for the entire 2025-26 season and are only paid once per season. If you already paid your affiliation for the Fall 2025 session, no need to do this again for the Winter 2026 session. 

    • Parents/guardians will have to open an account on "Ramp Registrations" and do their own athlete's online NAQ/CAS affiliation by following this link: http://beaconsfieldsynchro.rampregistrations.com

    • Athletes in lessons are to be affiliated as a recreational participant. Affiliation cost is $17.53 (taxes and fees included).

    • We strongly recommend that parents/guardians watch the video before and while doing the affiliation.

    • Once you are done, NAQ and the club administration will be able to see your athlete's affiliation.
