Regional Competitive
2024-2025 Season: Practice times* for the 13-17 Team:
(6.5 hours/week)

â–ºMondays 6:00 to 8:00 pm
â–ºWednesdays 6:30 to 8:00 pm
â–ºSaturdays 3:00 to 6:00 pm
The regional competitive program is geared towards athletes who have a good understanding of the sport and who wish to improve their artistic swimming skills in a less competitive environment. Athletes at this level must also be strong, independent swimmers.

Teams will compete at 1 to 2 competitions throughout the season and will present their routines at the Christmas and Year-End shows. This program ends at the Year-End show.
Note: Athletes who are interested in the Regional competitive program must attend the team placement swims, which take place in August of each year.
